WHAT DOES EQUITYPHOTO.COM DO?
We provide anyone with digital pictures of your property or assets through a network of photographers worldwide. These photos are delivered via the internet to a central database where you as the client can download, print, or e-mail them once the project has been completed.

HOW DO I ORDER THE SERVICE?
You should go to the order page where you will be required to set up and register for an account. Please review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before completing your registration.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PHOTOS ARE INCORRECT?

If for some reason a mistake is made and the photographs you receive are inaccurate you should contact the photographer. If you are not able to get them for any reason please contact CustomerService@EquityPhoto.com who will mediate the issue.

WHAT RESOLUTION CAN I EXPECT?
We ask that our photographers have the highest quality digital camera possible however in no event should the quality be less that 100dpi.

DOES EQUITYPHOTO.COM OFFER A PRINTING SERVICE?
Yes, we offer a service through our affiliate Snapfish.com. Please use the following link to access this service.

HOW LONG WILL THE PHOTOS REMAIN IN THE DATABASE?
Once the order has been fulfilled and the photographer has uploaded the photos, they will remain on the database for fourteen (14) days at which time they will be deleted. Please note that as service was rendered payment will be process and no refunds will be available.

HOW MANY PHOTOS ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
The photographer will provide twenty (20) digital photographs on the subject property, surroundings, or items etc.

HOW MUCH DOES THE SERVICE COST?
The charge for this service is One Hundred Dollars ($100.00). This price is all inclusive and not other fees will be charged to your credit card.

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?

HOW CAN I MODIFY MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?
Just login to your account and find the edit button at the bottom of the page and you will be able to modify all of your information at that time. Just be sure click on the save button once finished to be sure the information is updated.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Google Checkout.. We do not accept cash, debit cards, checks, money orders etc.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Your card will be processed immediately in real time. In the event your order is not fulfilled, a complete refund will be issued.

DO YOU USE A SECURED CREDIT CARD PROCESSOR?

Yes. Please go to PayPal.com or Google Checkout for more information.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Once your order has been received by the photographer normal turnaround times are approximately between three (3) and seven (7) days.
Please be aware that weather conditions can have an effect on delivery times and quality. For example: Rain and/or snow etc.

CAN I CANCEL THE ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PHOTOGRAPHER DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS?

Should the photographer be unable to access a specific area desired, then that photograph will not be included in the order. However, the photographer understands the potential importance of that particular shot and will attempt to get as close as possible or take the pictures from a different angle.

CAN I EMAIL THE PHOTOS?

Absolutely! You can download them from the database to your computer of forward them directly for the database. The choice is completely up to you. Note: the photos will be in JPEG format.

HOW CAN I SEE THE PHOTOS?
You will be able to view the photos once they have been uploaded by the photographer to the database.

HOW DOES THE SERVICE WORK?
It’s a very simple concept. 1) You place an order. 2) The photographer takes the picture and uploads them to the database. 3) You view and download the photos. 4) You order is complete.
